Well done everyone, day 1 done, day 2 warm up at 8.00am

Weekend training – 28th/29th September

If this is your first gala remember to bring plenty of healthy snacks (no nuts please due to allergies) to keep you fuelled between races and keep your fluid levels up by sipping water when you can-it can get very hot poolside and it can be easy to become dehydrated.

Arena League – Round 1

First round of Arena league gala is being hosted at Dereham Leisure Centre, warm up at 6pm with start time 6:30pm
