The annual Gala between Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire was held this year at Ipswich and included fourteen Otters in the Norfolk Squad. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Intercounties as Ponds Forge

5 of our swimmers represented Norfolk at the intercounties on 17th October. The theme was Neon and our swimmers grabbed that opportunity with both hands. (Pictured below are the Dereham swimmers)
