14th July 1500m event

Our first long distance event starts Sunday 14th, warm up at 16:15 – swimmers, please arrive 15 minutes before warm up.

Massive thanks to everyone who has volunteered to make this event happen.

Urgent request for officials

Urgent request for qualified timekeepers and officials – we need more people to help us with the Roger Virgo events 14-21 July. Our swimmers don’t get many opportunities to 1500m and 800m events and these sessions give them a chance to qualify for County championships.

If you can help please contact or sign up via the Website

Norfolk County Challenge results

Well done to all swimmers who competed at the county challenge gala at the weekend – Otters placed as 2nd!

Otters at Inter County Gala

Congratulations to Molly Monk and Charlie Summer who have been selected to swim for the County in the Regional Inter county Gala to be held at UEA sports park Sunday 7th July

Clay pick up fundraiser

Every year the Otters help to clear up clays following an organised shoot for the charity Break. As a club this is one of our regular fundraisers and a chance for the kids to meet up outside of swimming to laugh, chat and pick up clays – as well as get some much needed non-chlorinated fresh air! This event is taking place 29th June at 12 at Wolterton Estate. If you are able to attend all you need to do is sign up! The sign up sheet is on the board at Dereham Leisure Centre – please sign by the 25th May so we’re able to confirm our participation in supporting this event for Break
