Weekend training – 28th/29th September

Please remember that there will be no training for any squad this coming weekend due to the Iceni Gala.

If this is your first gala remember to bring plenty of healthy snacks (no nuts please due to allergies) to keep you fuelled between races and keep your fluid levels up by sipping water when you can-it can get very hot poolside and it can be easy to become dehydrated.
