The East Regional Championships 2026, raced in Norwich and Luton, proved to be a strong and encouraging outing for Dereham Otters, with performances across the squad reflecting both commitment and steady progression. Updates shared on Instagram throughout the weekend highlighted a clear sense of pride in the way the swimmers represented the club.

For many competitors, the event marked a significant step up in competition, and the team rose to the challenge with resilience and focus, supporting one another throughout a demanding schedule.
A special mention goes to Charley Taylor, who competed in their first-ever regional championships — an impressive milestone handled with maturity and determination. It was fantastic to see such composure under pressure, and the experience will no doubt serve as a springboard for future success.

Anastasja Wall also delivered a series of strong swims, demonstrating both consistency and a competitive edge that stood out across her events. Dolcie Underwood continued to build on recent progress, showing excellent race skills and a positive attitude that was reflected in both her performances and the team spirit she brought to poolside.

Imogen Parnell and William Nutt rounded out a group of swimmers who should be extremely proud of their efforts.
